COMMENCED IN ASHBURTON. University degree examinations commenced in Ashburton this morning, and will continue until November 21. There arc 28 students sitting for the examination here, 13 of whom are taking the accountancy professional. The number sitting for other subjects are:—Diploma of Education, 2; Diploma of Banking, 3; Master ol Arts, 1; Bachelor of Arts, 10; Bachelor of Commerce, 4.
