Major lan Hay Beith has been promoted Major-General to succeed Brigadier Dawn ay as Public Relations Officer at the War Office. Major-General Hay is host known as “lan Hay,” Novelist and playwright. His works include “The First Hundred Thousand.” Besides his own personal works ho collaborated with several others.
