O’SHOCKER DISQUALIFIED. AUCKLAND, October 31. The American professional wrestler Pat O’Shoeker, met “Lofty” Blomfield the New Zealand champion, in a heayy-weight contest before a
crowded house at the Town Hall. From the sound of the first gong until midway through the sixth round, when, after a wild melee outside the ropes, the American was disqualified O’Shocker pursued his opponent in relentless manner with jolts, pulling his hair, and earning frequent cautions for punching and. kicking with his knee. At the time of the disqualification each man. had secured a fall.
