CONVOY OF THIRTEEN SHIPS. REVIEW BY SIGNOR AIUSSOLINI. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) ROAIE, October 31. Signor Alussolini, aboard the cruiser Trieste, and escorted by destroyers, ieviewed the convoy of 13 vessels that are conveying colonists to Libya. The convoy, dressed overall, was marshalled in two lines, headed by the Saturnia, Marshal Balbo’s flagship. The colonists crowded the decks, waving tricolours as the Duce passed.
