Sir Lincoln Ellsworth, the explorer, will leave for Enderby to-morrow, whence ho will proceed by air for the Bay of Whales. If he experiences bad rveather he will land on the ice and shelter in an igloo until lie is able to continue. He will be carrying three months’ provisions and a sled jn which to travel to the coast in the event of engine trouble.
