CONDITIONS IN SOUTH AFRICA. LEAGUE DELEGATION INQUIRIES (United Press Association —Copyright.) _ . . - LONDON, October 27. The governing body oi the League of Nations International Labour organisation accepted an invitation from the Union Government to send a small delegation to South Africa to inform themselves at first hand on the native labour conditions in the Union. Ihe delegation which will consist of one representative each of the uovcinmont employers and workers groups, will leave for South Africa in December.—Brtisli Official Wireless.
