ACCUSED REMANDED.
ILLEGALLY-ON-P REMISES CHARGE. DUNEDIN, This Day. A sequel to the capture last evening of a masked intruder on the premises of Wilson, Balk and Company was the appearance in the Police Court this morning of Samuel Joseph Blee, a middle-aged man, charged that, being deemed a rogue and a vagabond, he was found by night without lawful excuse in an enclosed yard. Accused was remanded till Wednesday.
