GERMAN LEAGUE’S RESOLVE. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.55 5a.m.) WINDHOEK, October 27. Dr. Hirskekorn (leader of the German South-West Africa League) who recently returned from Germany, circularised the Germans saying that the League was definitely resolved to create a strong organisation able to protect German interests.
