FORCED LANDING.
■ «•» MONOPLANE WING BROKEN. # (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, May 29. While Hying over Lyttelton Harbour this afternoon, the 51iles V liitney Straight monoplane belonging to the Canterbury Aero Club, ran out of petrol. Tlie pilot, Mr Norman Alexander Suttee, made a forced landing on the reclaimed land near Naval Point. Neither the pilot nor the passenger was injured. The wing of the ’plane was broken.
