OFFICIAL DINNER IN PARIS. (United Press Association- —Copyright.) PARIS, Alay 28. The British Ambassador to France (Sir Eric Phipps) gave a. large official dinner party in honour of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor before their departure to take xip permanent residence in the South of France. Three French Cabinet Ministers, also the leaders of the British colony were present.
