BIBLE CLASS RALLY.
PRESBYTERIAN YOUTHS MEET. A combined Youth Hay Bible Class service was held in the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church yesterday afternoon, when seven classes in tho parish attended. Mrs W. McKay, of Christchurch, spoke on the subject of “Fellowship,” and AI iss E. Batchelor (President of the Young People’s Bible Class Union) was also present. The Service at Tinwaid. Tli ere was a large attendance at the service held in the Tinwaid Presbyterian Church last evening, the congregation including a number of Bible Class delegates from the FlemingtonLagmhor charge. The Itev. I). 1). MdLachlan spoke on “Christian Fellowship,” mentioning the traditional coldness of many churches and tracing this to formal Christianity as a counterfeit of the real thing. M iss Mavis Shaw sang “The Sunset Hour,” Miss Mary Taylor sang “The Stranger of Galilee,” while Mr J. Johnston and Miss K. Johnston sang “The Hour of Prayer.”
