Field-Marshal von Blomberg and his wife, who arrived to-day on their way back to Europe after their honeymoon, posed for photographers. The fieldmarshal. who was wearing shorts and tennis shoes, intimated that he would give up politics and retire into private life. Field-Marshal von Blomberg spoke enthusiastically of Herr Hitler, whom he described as “my great friend.”
