INTOXICATION IN A CAR.

“You have had a warning. These offences arc too frequent to overlook,” said Mr Bundle, S.M., in the Police Court this morning in sentencing Noel John Hagerty, a mechanic, aged 35, to a month’s imprisonment, and cancelling his licence for three years for having been intoxicated while in charge of a car.
Hagerty was convicted of a similar offence in 1931, and was also 'befoic the Court in November for dangerous -driving. He was then ordered to attend driving classes, but failed to do
