These offences arc too frequent to overlook,” said Mr Bundle, S.M., in the Police Court this morning in sentencing Noel John Hagerty, a mechanic, aged 35, to a month’s imprisonment, and cancelling his licence for three years for having been intoxicated while in charge of a car.
