HOCKEY.
INDIAN TEAM’S VISIT LIKELY. ARRIVAL IN MIDDLE OF MAY. AVELLINGTON, This Day. A hockey team from the Manavadar State, India, will probably visit New Zealand this vear, arriving in, the middle of May/ It is also possible that the ruling Prince cf State will accompany i/he team. A letter has been received by the New Zealand 'Hockey Association from the Indian Hockey Federation, stating that after reconsidering the New Zealand Association’s request for permission to make arrangements with Manavadar to send a team to the Dominion the Federation has decided to allow the Indian team to make the tour.
