JOCKEY APPRENTICE’S DEATH.
DUNEDIN,' This Day
The jockey apprentice, E. A. Jones, who contracted a sudden illness on the eve of the Vincent Meeting and was admitted to Clyde Hospital, is dead. He was born in Melbourne and came to New Zealand twelve months ago.
