INDIAN PRINCESS.
ON EDUCATIONAL TOUR. i BRIEF CALL AT AUCKLAND. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, January 21. \ Having toured Europe and America and attended the Coronation ceremonies in England, Princess Chennajammanni of Mysore, India, arrived at Auckland by ' the Monterey accompanied by her husband, Delavoy Madan Rajurs. The princess is a member of the family ruling at Mysore, and the present Maharajah is a cousin. Both she and her husband are University educated and are undertaking a world tour for educational purposes. After attending the Coronation and then touring Europe, the princess and her husband travelled to New York on the liner Queen Mary. They spent today sight-seeing around Auckland, nad continued their voyage on the Monterey to Sydney. They will return to India via Java, Singapore and Colombo. They did not originally intend coming via New Zealand, but they were desirous of visiting some of the British Dominions. The princess and her husband were accompanied by Mr F.
