CHARGES A gainst NIEMOLLER. '.United Press Association—Copyright. > BERLIN Jan. 18. The trial of Bishop Niemolle.r (head of the Confessional Church), has been fixed for February 7. He will be charged with having made malicious attacks against the State Nazi Party, repeated abuse from the pulpit for political purposes, and public excitement to disobedience of the law.
