SOVIETS IN THE ARCTIC. BREAKING OF THE ICEFLOE. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 1.25 p.m.) MOSCOW, November 28. Fears for the safety of the Russian scientists who established a meteorological station at the Jfortli Pole, have been aroused by a radio message from the Polar observation station, now near the coast of Greenland, stating that the drifting icefloe is showing signs of breaking tip.'.
