VON CRAMM RETIRING. ENTERING DIPLOMATIC SERVICE BERLIN, November 25.
The German tennis player, Count von Cramm, intends to enter the diplomatic corps, according to advices from Japan, where he is at present touring. In an interview he said he would give up the game for five years. Participation in international sport was an excellent preparation far the diplomatic service. AMERICAN WOMEN DEFEATED. (Received This Dav, 9.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The visiting women American tennis players Misses D. Bundy and D. Workman played Australia’s leading women, Misses T. Coyne and Wynne. Miss Workman beat Miss Wynne, 5-7, 6-3, 12-10. Miss Coyne beat Miss Bundy, 5-7, 6-1, 6-1. Misses Wynne and Coyne beat Misses Bundy and Workman, 6-2, 6-3.
