AGAIN ON REGISTER.
OBSTETRIC SURGEON’S CASE. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, November 25. The name of Dr. Harold Burtwhite has been restored to the medical register from which it was struck off five years ago on the ground of secret improper association with a woman patient.
The case attracted great attention at the time. Three hundred, including distinguished people, and many former women patients, petition* for his reinstatement so that women could benefit from his abilities as an obstetric surgeon. Dr. Burtwhite always denied the charges made against him.
