ABYSSINIAN IN KENYA. (United Press Association —Copyright.) NAIROBI, Nov. 23. Teklo Hawarite, a former Abyssinian Minister in Paris, who is the Emperor’s spokesman at Geneva, was refused permission to remain in Kenya, where there are 10,000 Abyssinian refugees.
