A. Wilkes (Oamaru); executive committee', Messrs S. Mather (Auckland), T. Falconer (Hastings), J. Churchill (Wellington), W. Huntingdon (Palmerston North), H. J. Palmer (Dunedin), J. Oliver (Timaru), W. Cummins (Wellington), J. McLay (Napier).
