S. AFRICAN HURDLES RECORD. (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) DURBAN, November 22. B. T. Laverv, a member of the South African team for the Empire Games, at Sydney, broke the South African record, for 120 yards hurdles in 14.3 seconds.
