LIFE SENTENCE.
COMMUNIST LEADER IN ITALY. TOTAL OF 107 CASES HEARD. (United Press Association —Copyright. ) LONDON, November 18. The Rome correspondent of “The Daily Telegraph” says that manacled behind iron bars in the prisoners’ cage 25 more men were charged with Communistic activities. The ringleader was sentenced to imprisonment for life, and 22 to terms of imprisonment ranging from one to eight years. Two were acquitted. A total of 107 have now been sentenced. More trials will take place soon.
