The track was dead after rain. Results:— GORE HIGH-WEIGHT HANDICAP, of 120 soys. Eight furlongs and a half. 1 (I)—Trebleack, 10.11 ... 1 5 (4) —Red Treasure, 9.7 ... 2 3 (3) —Azavedo, 9.4 ... 3 All started. Won by three-quarters of a length; one and a half lengths between second and third. Time, 1.51 4-5.
LONGFORD HACK HANDICAP, of 120 sovs. Six furlongs. 3 (3) —Lumiere, 7.5 ... 1 2 (2)—Ballad, 8.13 ... 2 ' 8 (7) —Gipsy Fair, 7.12 ... 3 Scratched: Silver Sail, Ilithyia. Won % a neck; half a length between second and third. Time, 1.15. RACING CLUB HANDICAP, of 200 sovs. One mile and a quarter. 5 (4) —Wild Career, 7.8 ... 1 3 (3) —Enwood, 7.10 ... 2 2 (2) —Amy Johnson, 8.2 .. 3 Scratched: Ocean, Singer, Last Link. Won by a nose; half a length between second and third. Time, 2.7 1-5.
