MOCK BATTLE BOMB EXPLODES.
United Press Association-Copyright! SAN FRANCISCO, February 24. During the filming at Hollywood of a movie battle scene a bomb exploded on the Universal lot, splinters killing George Daley, an extra, who was operating a machine-gun. Daley, aged 41, was a machine-gunner during the World War. A group of other extras narrowly escaped death.
