OFFICERS KILLED.
DELAYED EXPLOSION OF CHARGE. (United Press Association —Copyright.) BRUSSELS, February 24. Seven army officers were killed and eight seriously injured through the delayed explosion during an instructional course of a fuse attached to a heavy charge. The fuse was lighted hut no explosion followed, and assuming that the fuse had failed the officers approached to investigate. The explosion then occurred. ’ .
