DECISION IN MORTGAGE CASE. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, November 9. The action taken on behalf of the debenture-holders in New Zealand Rcdwoodi Forests, Ltd., to have declared invalid a mortgage for £7500 given in April, 1931, by Redwood Forests, Ltd., to Kotahi Lands, Ltd., has failed. This is the effect of a long judgment delivered by Mr Justice Fair, by whom the case as heard in the Supreme Court on seven days.
