INTERNATIONAL TOURIST RACE. (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, September 5. The International Tourist Trophy Race, over Ards Circuit, near Belfast, run to-day, was won by F. W. Dixon and C. J. P. Dobson, driving a Riley, in 5 hours 11 minutes, at an average speed of 78.01 miles an hour. E. R. Hall was second, in a Bentley, in ohrs ,12min, at an average speed of 80.81, and A. F. P. Fane, third, in a. FrazerNash, 8.M.W., shrs 20min 46sec, ailaverage of 77.32 an hour—British Official Wireless.
