OLD HOTEL BURNED.
A FIRE AT ST. ANDREWSOCCUPANTS’ HURRIED ESCAPE. (Per Press Association.) TIMARU, This day. The 60-year-old Masonic Hotel, of 18 rooms, at St. Andrews, was destroyed by file this morning. It was a wooden building, and within half an hour of the discovery of the fire the place was reduced to ashes. The occupants had only sufficient time to grasp a few effects before making their exit.
