. Disabled through neuritis accruing from war service, Mr F. Gr. S‘cholten was recently Sitting at his cottage door at Portobello, when he saw Mr H. Hansen, 3. fisherman, fall from his boat iand make several unsuccessful attempts to scale the boat’s high side. Mr Scholter struggled down to the shore, launched a dinghy with some assistance, and rowed out, and after prodigious efforts in his enfeebled condi‘ltionu got the fisherman aboard. ,
