MOTOR-CYCLING.
THE ASHBURTON CLUB. A special meeting of the Ashburton Motor-cycle Club's committee was held on Tuesday evening, when Mr J. R. Leask (president) presided. It was decided to make the club's annual prize distribution at a gathering to be held next week, and to invite the Pioneer Sports, Corsair, South Canterbury, and Canterbury AutoCycle clubs to be represented. It was reported that the club's annual ball last week had shown a sat isfactory credit balance.
