While the Chancelldr of the Exchequer was taking his customary walk, a small boy who was looking at the ducks lost his balance. and fell over the low railings into the lake. Mr Neville Chamberlain leaned over and fished the hey out of the water and after handing him over web but unharmed to his nurse, continued on his way.
