Representative private motor own~ ers and haulers are organising to bring to a. standstill all motor transport as a, protest against the Federal decree increasing the price of petrol by compelling adulteration with a. large proportion of fruit alcohol, the product of the Federal alcohol monopoly, which is unsalea‘ble in the open market.
