The Belgrade correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that Dr. Schacht (German Minister for Economy) has arrived there by air. It is understood he hopes to arrange for the purchase of the» year’s entire grain crop of Jugoslavia in exchange for German manufactures. Germany is already buying Jogoslavia stocks of wool and cotton at 50 per cent above local prices.
