CEMETERY GUARDED.
PRECAUTIONS AT BELFAST. (United Press Association—Copyright! BELFAST', April 13. The gates of Milltown cemetery were closed against Republicans who had intended to commemorate the 1916 Dublin rising by reciting prayers at the graves of Belfast men killed in it. Police strongly guarded the cemetery. Precautions throughout tho city during the week-end included patrolling by armoured cars.
