Alexander Kosarev (Secretary-Gen-eral) presiding at the Young Communist Movement Congress, said that Russian youth wqs ready to volunteer in the Red Army. Neither tliei bravery of the Samurai nor the strength of bandits in brown shirts and swastikas would save from a sad fate those who attacked Russia. Kosarev added that 8000 more members would he trained as air pilots in the present year. Already 3500 were reserve pilots and 21,000 accomplished parachutists.
