PREMIER DIES.
CREEK NON-PARTY LEADER. (United Press Association —Copyright.) ATHENS, April 13. The death has occurred of the Prime Minister, Dr. Constance Demertzis, who was called in by King George shortly after his restoration as a nonparty leader to mediate between the conflicting elements. SUCCESSOR APPOINTED. (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) ATHENS, April 13. General Metaxas (Royalist leader, and Minister of War) was sworn-in as Premier to-day. Other Cabinet changes are not contemplated.
