FOR OBSERVATION.
ACCUSED IN MURDER CASE. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. By next week the police expect to be able to proceed with the case against Stanley Davidson, aged 22, charged with having murdered his father, Thomas Davidson, at Ravensbourne on February 25. Accused was accordingly remanded this morning to March 18. . The police produced a warrant issued by the Minister of Justice for the removal of accused to be detained undei observation at Seaclilf Mental Hospital until the next session of the Supreme Court on May 4.
