ESK HACK HANDICAP, of 65 sovs. Six furlongs. I—iPakanui, 7.12 (Atkins) 1 2—Contact, 9.0 2 7—Creenore, 7.12 3 Scratched: Silver Song, Peter's Pence. Won by two and a half lengths. Time, 1.16 4-5. , SAPLING STAKES HANDICAP, of 65 sovs. Five furlongs. I—Karl, 8.9 (P. Atkins)... 1 s—Carditis, 7.10. 2 2—Silver River, 7.11 ... 3 All started. Won by two lengths. Time, 1.4.
