TESTS OF INTELLIGENCE. AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. RESEARCH IN EDUCATION. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Tests of intelligence' in the survey which is being conducted by the Australian Council for Education Research will be carried out in the fourth week in. March with children attending typical schools in New Zealand and Australia. The Chief purpose of the survey is to provide teachers and research workers with reliable standards of mental measurement not previously available.
