, THE OCCUPIER FINED £25. (Per Press Association). INVERCARGILL, February 6. Henry James Crawford, a commission agent of Invercargill, pleaded guilty in bheMagistrate’s Court this afternoon, to using premises at the corner of Fox and Dee Streets as a common gaming house. He was convicted and fined £25. It was’ his second offence, said De-tective-Sergeant Thompson, who prosecuted. Detectives visited Crawford’s homo shortly after noon on Saturday, and collected a, fair amount of betting material. They also recorded two bets by telephone, while there.
