ORGANISATION IN PROGRESS TO MEET SURPRISE ATTACKS. (United Press Association— Copyright.) LONDON, February G. The Berne correspondent of the “Daily Mail” says that the Swiss army is being reorganised in order to meet surprise attack from any quarter. It will he divided into two parts—one as a covering force immediately available, and the other as a field force, which can be mobilised later. Eight smaller more movable units, also a mountain division, will replace the existing six heavy divisions.
