Intimating that-,.labour legislation, including a 30-hqui: ,week without reduction in wages, would be considered, the Prime Minister (Mr W. L. Mackenzie King) told a delegation from the Trades. Congress of Canada that the Government would never agree that workers at the age of. 60 should be retired as useless. The Government would stimulate trade and industry, instead, to. make jobs for those of sixty years of age., ........ ~ c ., -
