MAY BE SHOCK TO NATION.
BRITISH CABINET CONCERNED.
THE ARMING OF GERMANY.
INCREASING EXPANSION
(United Press (Received this Day, 9.50. a.m.) ". LONDON, January 15. A correspondent of the.- "Sun-Her-ald" Service says that, has lately been increasingly disturbed by the unceasing expansion of German armaments, consequently the defence estimates, 'shortly to be announced, may prove rather a'shock to the nation. The fact that Mr Baldwin, with the Senior Ministers and. Chiefs of the defence forces, held long meetings on two successive days, followed by a full Cabinet meeting to-day, dealing solely with Imperial defences-is regarded as an indication of the Government's concern. :•-■ :•- .Vl--.o'.'
