ARTIST'S WILL.
UNWORTHY PICTURES. DKSTRUCTION WISHED. LONDON, January 1. In his will, the late Mr Adrian Stokes, the Royal Academician, directed his executors to engage an Academician to destroy, on a large scale and without scruple, unworthy examples of his art. Sir Walter Russell undertook the task and reports that Mr -Stokes' work cannot be destroyed on the large scale which the artist indicated. Those to he destroyed are either unfinished or unimportant pictures.
