CORTES DISSOLVED.
EARLY ELECTIONS IN SPAIN. (United Press Association—Copyright.) MADRID, Jan. 7. The President (Senor Zamora) unexpectedly dissolved Parliament.' The elections will be held on February 16, and the second ballot on March 1. The new chamber will meet on March 16. The President’s action in suspending Parliament until the end of January has aroused a storm of protest, resulting in the summoning of the Permanent Committee of the Cortes for today, in order to decide whether his action is constitutional. There was even a movement to impeach the Government. The Premier solved the problem by_visiting the President and obtaining tiie decree for dissolution.
