GREYMOUTHI TROTTING CLUB. ISABEL DERBY'S TRACK RECORD. (Per Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, Jan. 6. The second day of the Greymouth Trotting Club's summer meeting was opened in dull weather. Misty ram fell at intervals after the second race. The track was in excellent order, and the attendance was good. The totahsator for the day handled £9284, cornoared with £8604 on the corresponding day last year, an increase of £6BO. The total for the meeting was £19,029 10s, compared with £15,422, an increase of £3607 10s. The feature of the day's racing was' again the brilliant performance of Isabel Derby, who won the Trotting Club Handicap, establishing a track and race record of 4min. 29 2-osec. The previous best two miles, that of Bingen Palm last year in the same race, was 4min. 33sec. Concluding results: — Dunollie Handicap, of 100 sovs; one mile and a half.—3 (4) Reward (R. B. Berry) 1,2 (2) Gay Crusader 2, 5 (5) Royal Parrish 3. Won bv a head. Times, 3.31 2-5, 3.37 3-5, 3.38" 1-5. President's Handicap, of 95 sovs; one mile and a half.—2 (2) Zest (D. There were six starters. Won by half a length. Time, 2.36 J. Primer Welter Handicap (for West Australian-bred horses). Aguenor (Percival) 1, Oerhmie (Tulloh) 2, Total Wreck (Woods) 3. There were 21 starters. Won by a length and a half. Time 1.27. The winner was sired by the New Zealand Derby winner Agrion, who is now standing in Western Australia. Final Handicap.—First Consul (Bailey) 1, Aclis (Percival) 2, Cetotis (Dodd) 3. There were 13 starters. Won by two lengths. Time, 2.29. The winner is by Chief Ruler from Lady Pym.
