WIN FOR METHVEN. MATCH AGAINST ASHBURTON. Four rinks from the Methyen Bowling Club played against Ashburton on the Ashburton green on Saturday, winning by 85 to 77. The president of the Ashburton Club (Mr W. J. Minogue) congratulated the Methveh players, Mr R. F. V. Renai replying. A return match will be played shortly at Methven.
