GERMANY IN THE AIR.
NO LIMITATION OF ARMAMENTS. RECENT PACTS DENOUNCED. (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, Jan. 1. A semi-official statement says that Germany is not at present inclined to agree to limitation of armaments under the Locarno Air Pact' or any regional pacts outlined in the FrancoBritish declaration of February, 1935. A.‘Foreign Office spokesman described the Franco-1! ussian Pact as a “menace to Germany,” especially in view of the Russo-Czech military agreement which, it is alleged, gives Russian air bases in Czechoslovakia.
